It applies to customers in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nature of our products (Returns):<\/strong> All products sold on ReadingRoomz are digital goods delivered electronically. Because of their nature, they cannot be returned once purchased. We therefore do not accept product returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery and access support:<\/strong> If your payment was successful but you did not receive access to the purchased product, or if the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, please contact us. We will personally resolve the issue by delivering the correct product to you via email and WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When refunds are given:<\/strong> As our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer&#8217;s remorse.
