MSME TEAM Scheme

The Government of India has introduced the Trade Enablement and Marketing (TEAM) Initiative, a sub-scheme under the Central Sector Scheme Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP). The scheme has an outlay of ₹277.35 crore for 2024–2027.

The TEAM Initiative aims to digitally empower MSMEs by leveraging Digital Public Infrastructure and providing direct access to the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). Through ONDC, MSMEs can access:

  • Ready-made online storefronts
  • Integrated digital payments
  • Logistics solutions
  • Seamless onboarding and cataloguing systems

The TEAM Portal will digitally register MSMEs, capture business profiles, and connect them with Seller Network Participants (SNPs).

GoIStats Mobile Application

The Government of India’s GoIStats mobile application, developed by the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI), now provides instant, on-the-go access to official statistical datasets. The Android version includes data from 8 major statistical products covering 11 socio-economic indicators, including National Accounts Statistics, Consumer Price Index, Periodic Labour Force Survey, Index of Industrial Production, Household Consumption Survey, ASI, and more.

Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Unnat Gram Abhiyan (PMJUGA)

The Ministry of Tourism, under the Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Unnat Gram Abhiyan (PMJUGA) a sub-scheme of the Swadesh Darshan Scheme, has introduced financial assistance for developing and renovating tribal homestays across India. The scheme aims to boost responsible tourism, improve local infrastructure, and enhance livelihood opportunities for tribal communities.

Key funding provisions include:

  • ₹5 lakh for village community requirements
  • ₹5 lakh for constructing two new homestay rooms
  • ₹3 lakh for renovating existing rooms per household
