India and Nepal have taken a major step toward enhancing bilateral trade logistics. Agreements Allows rail-based freight movement between Jogbani (India) and Biratnagar (Nepal). The Jogbani–Biratnagar rail link inaugurated on June 1, 2023 and built with Indian grant assistance.
